K Raghu Ramakrishna Raju, industrialist and relative of Rajya Sabha member K V P Ramachandra Rao, on Thursday filed a review petition in the High Court for a review of a single judge’s order that refused to strike down a criminal case filed against him by the CBI for allegedly playing a part in the leak of CBI officer V V Lakshminarayana’s phone data.
In his review petition, Raju requested the court to set aside the single judge’s order of July 13.
