After that the appropriation bill will be passed by   Parliament.

In a similar manner, the state government will present vote-on-account from 2013-14. The demands for grants will be referred to the newly-constituted 10 standing committees comprising members of the Legislative Assembly and Council.

Speaking to reporters in Nellore on Saturday, the finance minister said that after the vote-on-account the Assembly and the Council would be adjourned for a long gap to enable the standing committees to study the Demands for Grants.
