Former Karnataka minister and mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy, on Monday, withdrew his bail petition in the CBI court here. Reddy filed the petition seeking bail a few days ago.
The court posted the hearing on the bail petition of BV Srinivas Reddy, brother-in-law of Gali Janardhan Reddy and an accused in the OMC case, to February 6.
