PCC chief Botcha Satyanarayana on  Monday flew off the handle at TRS boss K Chandrasekhar Rao. The reason is that Rao has predicted that chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy would not be in his seat after October 6.

Speaking to reporters at Gandhi Bhavan here, the PCC chief wondered how the TRS president could make such predictions over the fate of a Congress chief minister.

“Chandrasekhar Rao is nobody to fix the dates for the change of guard in the state. He is not our high command to make such statements. There will be no change of the chief minister till 2014 general polls,” Botcha said.

Referring to the present exodus of leaders from Congress to YSRC, the PCC boss said only those who had announced in the past that they would join YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s party were now shifting their loyalties to Jagan.

Meanwhile, ministers Sake Sailajanath and P Bala Raju called on the PCC chief on Monday here and discussed the present political situation.

According to sources, the duo felt that chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy was only concentrating on the benefits that come to Seemandhra region if the state remained united, while arguing why Andhra Pradesh should remain intact.
