Chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has a supporter in R Damodar Reddy among Telangana Congress leaders.
At a time when all Telangana Congress leaders describe Kiran Kumar Reddy as a villain for Telangana, Damodar Reddy says Kiran had never come in the way of formation of Telangana state.
He did not find anything wrong in giving permission for the APNGOs’ meeting held at LB Stadium recently. ‘Anyone can organise public meetings anywhere. The government is bound to give permission for such meetings,” he said. He is confident that when Telangana resolution is moved in the Assembly, it will be passed as all Congressmen will finally abide by the party high command’s decision.
