NARSAPUR: Additional district and sessions judge P Kalyana Rao has issued a contempt notice to Narsapur MLA Bandaru Madhava Naidu of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for improper behavior towards him and some lawyers when they were overseeing the removal of encroachments on a road leading to the Court Complex on August 15. The judge directed the MLA to appear in his court on September 15.
It is said that the MLA, along with his 25 followers, reached the spot and obstructed the district additional and sessions judge from discharging his duties.
