VUDA Office to Have Green Surroundings

VISAKHAPATNAM: The VUDA has initiated measures for ensuring clean and green environment in and around its office complex.

VUDA secretary GC Kishore Kumar, chief engineer I Viswanatha Rao and DFO B Raja Rao inspected the surroundings of VUDA Udyog Bhawan to identify works to be taken up and gave top priority to streamlining vehicles at parking area, removal of debris and garbage, plantation at identified places and maintenance of drains.

Kishore Kumar said that guidelines would be issued to all the departments and commercial establishments for using the parking areas and dispose of the garbage. The nine-floored Udyog Bhawan Complex was occupied by VUDA and other government departments such as DEO, Commercial Taxes, BARC, National Open School, CID and private commercial establishments.
