Spl Trains from Sec'bad to Vijayawada, Guwahati

To clear extra rush of passengers during Dasara and Diwali, the South Central Railway will run 26 special trains between major stations.

HYDERABAD: To clear extra rush of passengers during Dasara and Diwali, the South Central Railway will run 26 special trains between Secunderabad and Machilipatnam, Secunderabad and Vijayawada and Secunderabad and Guwahati.

Secunderabad-Machilipatnam special train will depart from Secunderabad at 10:30 am on September 28 and October 5,12,19 and 26 (Sundays) and arrive in Machilipatnam at 07:30 pm on the same day.

In the return direction it will depart from Machilipatnam at 09:30 pm on September 28 and October 5,12, 19 and 26 (Sundays) and arrive in Secunderabad at 05:55 am the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Mahbubabad, Khammam, Vijayawada, Gudivada, Gudlavalleru and Pedana stations in both directions.

Secunderabad-Vijayawada special train will depart from Secunderabad at 11:15 p.m. on September 19 and 26 and October 3, 10 and 17 (Fridays) and arrive in Vijayawada at 05:45 am the next day.

In the opposite direction, the special train will depart from Vijayawada at 11:00 p.m. on September 18 and 25 and October 2, 9 and 16 (Thursdays) and arrive in Secunderabad at 05:40 am the next day.

Secunderabad-Guwahati special train will depart from Secunderabad at 07:30 am on September 19 and October 10 and 24 (Fridays) and arrive in Guwahati at 07:55 a.m. on the second day ie, Sundays.  In the return direction, it will depart from Guwahati at 06:00 am on September 22 and October 13 and 27 (Mondays) and arrive in Secunderabad at 10  am on the second day i.e., Wednesdays.
