More Students Rescued from J and K

HYDERABAD: Thirtysix more Telugu students of NIT-Srinagar who were stranded at a shelter in Leh in the flood-hit Jammu and Kashmir have been rescued and brought to Srinagar airport. These students are scheduled to arrive at AP Bhavan in Delhi on Saturday from where they would be brought to Hyderabad in the evening.

“They are all reaching Delhi by morning. We have arranged their return to Hyderabad,” special representative of AP government at Andhra Bhavan Kambhampati Rammohana Rao said.  Earlier, 36 students from Srinagar were reunited with their families  on Thursday.
