Training Prog Begins for Micro-Planning Survey

VIJAYAWADA: Development of villages on all fronts is in the hands of the people of respective villages and now there is golden chance to do it, said JM Paresh, an official of Tata Trust.

Addressing the group of volunteers undergoing training at the Training and Technology Development Centre (TTDC) at Gollapudi here Monday for micro-planning of 264 villages in Vijayawada Parliamentary constituency, he said inputs of locals must be taken during the survey to prepare the blueprints for the development of the villages in different aspects.

He said those involved in conducting the survey will be provided with tabs to take the details electronically. Vijayawada MP’s officer of special duty Venkatarathnam and Social Cops co-founder Prukalpa Sankar also spoke and explained various technical aspects of enumerating the data.
