VISAKHAPATNAM: Have you ever thought of a vehicle with the convenience factor of a scooter, yet having the stance of a motorcycle? Yes, this is precisely for what the Honda Navi manufactured by the Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. created a massive buzz when it was showcased in the Auto Expo, Delhi earlier this year.

Coming with an unconventional design, different parts of the Honda Navi comes together flawlessly to create something young, fresh and attractive.

This machine stood as the most attractive two-wheeler at the two-day Auto Expo-2016, organised by The New Indian Express.

Honda Navi with 109.2 cc 4-stroke, single-cylinder HET engine comes out with bright attractive shades. Having coupled to a automatic gearbox, its engine is capable enough to produce 7.83 bhp of power.
This mini bike can reach the top speed of 81kmph. Being on the attractive bike not just to see but also to go on a ride. When you ride, it feels a lot smaller and compact. And you don’t have to worry about gear shifts either as the Navi has a CVT transmission, something that anybody will appreciate in the day-to-day traffic.

For safety, Navi has been given drum brakes at both front and rear sides. It head lamps return brighter and steady beam of light when riding after sunset. With its tubeless tyres, it can be handled safe in case of emergency as these tyres do not lose out air pressure instantly during punctures. Yet, Honda Navi has all the tell-tale signs of a bike. Telescopic forks, chromed handlebars, a nice sculpted tank, a long and narrow saddle, side panels swooping to the tail, and even the tail-lamp make you give a feel of riding a bike as you hop on. The new chassis also gives it a bit more ground clearance and significantly longer wheelbase. Yet, it is lighter when compared to the others in the moped segment.

The mini-bike manages to ride over average road undulations without hassles. What it makes a joy ride is its nimble handling. It has a small turning radius, so you can make quick turns or manoeuvre through traffic without sweating.
