Norway’s Ambassador meets Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu

Ambassador of Norway to India Nils Ragnar Kamsvåg called on Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in his chambers at the State Assembly in Velagapudi on Friday.

VIJAYAWADA: Ambassador of Norway to India Nils Ragnar Kamsvåg called on Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in his chambers at the State Assembly in Velagapudi on Friday.

During interaction, he explained the technology strengths of Norway in sea and deep sea activities, exploration of oil and gas and shipbuilding. “We are strong in aquaculture and the second largest seafood exporter in the world,” he said.  

Sharing his vision for the State,  the Chief Minister opined that Andhra Pradesh and Norway could work together on sea based activities. The potential of sea based economy is not adequately explored and with Norway’s cooperation, AP will be able to bring about a sea change in this sphere, he said.

mpressed by the Smart Village Smart Ward concept of the State, Nils Ragnar said they are looking forward to collaborate with AP in development.
