HYDERABAD: Taking a serious view of construction of a building without permissions in CRDA in Guntur, the Hyderabad High Court has on Friday issued notices to Dr K Vara Prasad and another person directing them to appear before the court on June 2.
Justice MS Ramachandra Rao was dealing with a contempt case filed by Dr D Murali alleging that the respondents are constructing a multi-storied building in violation of the court orders at Kothapet in Guntur.
Earlier, the court while dealing with a petition by Dr Murali, directed the authorities of Guntur municipal corporation to take steps to stop the construction works at the building. After perusing the report, Justice Ramachandra Rao issued notices to the respondents.
