GUNTUR: Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with gaiety and fervour at  VIVA The School in the city on Monday. LKG, UKG, first and second class students, in the colourful attire of Krishna, Radha and Gopikas participated in the celebrations with enthusiasm. They presented colourful cultural programmes. 
VIVA and VVIT chairman V Vidya Sagar, school director M Vedamani and others were present. Parents of children also participated in the event.

Utti Utsav celebrated
Gaiety and religious fervour marked Sri Krishna Janmashtami in West Godavari district on Monday. Jingle Bells School at Sriram Nagar in Eluru organised Utti Utsav as part of Janmashtami celebrations. Children in the attire of Krishna, Radha and Gopikas participated in the festivities. School director V Suresh, Helapuri Diamonds Lions Club president and school principal Kadiyala Vijayalakshmi,  MPTC member Alla Mohan Rao and others were present.
