GUNTUR: The urban and rural police started the verification and registration of AgriGold bonds by setting up 20 counters in the district on Thursday. The urban and rural police established 11 special counters in the district on Thursday, and another 9 counters will be established from Friday onwards under rural district limits.
The victims of AgriGold thronged the counters to show the documents for verification at various locations in the district. The officials verified 52 documents at Mangalagiri, 28 documents at Prathipadu and 80 documents in various places of the district.
