HYDERABAD: After updating her social media status, a 20-year-old girl pursuing final year B Tech in ECE ended her life late on Wednesday night. She hanged herself to death from the ceiling of the washroom at her residence in Suraram Colony under Dundigal police station limitsBefore taking the extreme step, she shared on her instagram profile, “Every moment in my life is going so worst. I am just passing out through them..by learning lessons from everything happening in my bloody..life. I hope...i’ll quit this..soon”
The deceased girl, K Sai Durga Mounika was a final year Electronics and Communication Engineering student at Narsimha Reddy Engineering College in the city. On Wednesday, Mounika and her mother reportedly had a heated argument over her lack of focus on academics. She was upset after the exchange. Finding no way to other outlet for her grief, she shared the following messages on social media.
“Now a days, I am afraid to be happy,” she wrote.
