WANAPARTHY : Yet another student ended life in Telangana. Days after two young girls ended their lives in Hyderabad, an Intermediate first year girl in Wanaparthy district headquarters ended her life.
The student’s death took place in Jagruthi Junior College. The girl, Shiva Shanti, was studying Intermediate CEC first year in the college.
She was a native of Chintakunta village in Pangal mandal of the district. According to Wanaparthy SI Nagasekhar Reddy, the girl was found hanging from the ceiling fan in one of the classrooms of the college on Friday morning. The college management, without informing the parents or the police, shifted the girl’s body to hospital which gave scope for suspicion.Meanwhile, the girl’s parents and relatives attacked the college and damaged the furniture. They also staged a protest.
