RAJAMUNDRY: Somu Veerraju, MLC declared that he is going to make a complaint to CBI against the corruption and irregularities of AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. He addressed print and electronic media at Press club in Rajamahendravaram on Friday. He said when M Venkayya Naidu was the central Minister, he sanctioned 7 lakh houses to AP and state Government took up the construction of 6 lakh houses.

Apart from Central Government and State Government offered a subsidy of Rs.1.5 lakhs and Rs.1 lakh respectively for 1 lakh houses for those who have their own plots. Somu said that the middle-class people can afford to spend Rs.1000 per sq yard. But some MLAs put a proposal before Chief Minister that if they pay Rs.1200 per sq yard , they will build the houses and hand over. Chandrababu put aside this proposal and offered the same to outsiders at the rate of Rs.2400 per sq yard and he gave permission to them. As a result of this, we can notice that there is a corruption of Rs.30,000 crores in this transaction, Somu alleged.

CM has written a letter to centre that another 1 lakh houses and if centre sanctions those house , there is a chance of 1 lakh crore corruption. All the social welfare schemes of Government are becoming a source of income to CM Naidu. Chandrababu is squeezing the blood of poor people. He alleged that there are irregularities in Neeru-Chettu scheme also and this scheme has become a livelihood to the activists of Telugu Desam party.

To implement this scheme, Government released Rs.140 crores from Forest Department, Rs.3000 crores through Irrigation department. This total amount of Rs.13000 crores went in to the pockets of CM Naidu. Somu further alleged that Chandrababu is a corrupted person and on the other hand he is claiming himself as an innocent.

Telugu Desam and Chandrababu have no right to criticize us. When Chandrababu was fed by his mother when he was a child, she must have taken back the self-respect. He said Chandrababu has nothing to do with Polavaram project, and this will be completed with the funds of centre. Somu further said BJP State President Kanna Lakshminarayana is visiting Rajamahendravaram on June 24 and 25and he will visit polavaram site on this occasion. Kadapa steel factory and railway zone will be given to the state by the centre.
