BJP's Kanna Lakshminarayana demands apology from Andhra CM N Chandrababu Naidu

In his missive on Wednesday, the BJP leader cautioned the Chief Minister that the flow of funds to panchayats from the Centre may be hit because of not holding the polls.

VIJAYAWADA: Alleging that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu punched holes to Panchayat Raj Act by not conducting sarpanch elections, BJP State president Kanna Lakshminarayana has sent a letter to the TDP supremo.

Kanna also demanded an apology from Naidu for nominating CM Ramesh, allegedly involved in tax evasion, as the Rajya Sabha MP. He also demanded the Naidu to ensure the resignation of TDP MP CM Ramesh.
