TIRUPATI: A review meeting was conducted at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Administrative Building on Wednesday to discuss arrangements to be made for the ‘Vaikunta Ekadasi’ to be celebrated here on December 18.

Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal directed the engineering wing to make necessary arrangements for setting up queue lines near Alwar Tank and constructing sheds at Narayanagiri Gardens for the big day. He also instructed them to come out with a plan to streamline queue lines at Vendi Vakili in Srivari Temple to provide darshan with more ease and comfort to pilgrims.

The need for separate accommodation for potu (temple kitchen) workers was also discussed during the meeting. After enquiring about various art forms performed during the twin Brahmotsavams, the EO wanted the CDs of dance performances to be recorded and made available with the SVBC.
