CM Chandrababu Naidu fears law and order disturbance in Andhra

VIJAYAWADA: Fearing possibilities of ‘flash attacks’ in the State, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu directed the police to be on alert.

On the second and final day of the collectors’ conference on Friday, he reviewed the law and order situation and underscored the need for controlling anti-social elements trying to create unrest in the State.
Describing next six months most crucial politically, the Chief Minister stressed the need for educating people. Asserting that there will be no compromise on maintenance of law and order, he alleged that the Centre was hatching conspiracies against the State and support crimes in State. 

Referring to the attack on YSRC chief Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday, the CM said that it’s aimed at political gains. He said the man who attacked Reddy himself admitted that he was an admirer of YSRC and his family members also confirmed the same.  He said surprisingly everyone including Union Minister Suresh Prabhu, BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao, Telangana CM KCR, his son KT Rama Rao and daughter Kavita commented on the issue without verifying the facts. Stating that he was capable of managing such pressure tactics from the Centre and appealed to the police officials to discharge their duties without any fear.
