MYSORE: The Forest Mobile Squad arrested a person for carrying a leopard pelt in a bag to sell in Kollegal on Tuesday. Srinivas (24), is a resident of Ganigamangala village in Kollegal taluk. Another accused Kariappa (40), maternal uncle of Srinivas, fled the spot. A case has been registered in Ramapura Police Station. Forest authorities have requested the public for information on miscreants selling pelts. Call 94491 66477.
