BANGALORE:  In connection with the leakage of II PUC question papers, the sleuths of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID)  arrested one more person.

The accused Kalappa (45) went to Kadur and noted down questions from the leaked papers.  He is a resident of Whitefield and an artist by profession.

According to CID officials, Kalappa is a friend of Sonnappa, who was arrested earlier in connection with the paper leakage.

On the day when the paper was leaked from the  sub-treasury office in Kadur taluk of Chikmagalur district, Kalappa had gone there and had noted down the questions from the leaked Physics and Mathematics question papers. The police also added that other people involved in the racket would be arrested soon.

It may be recalled that the CID sleuths had recently arrested ten people including some teachers in connection with the leakage of II PUC question papers.
