BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Court on Saturday issued summons to former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and five others, in connection with a complaint filed illegal allotment of sites. Lokayukta Judge N K Sudhindra Rao adjourned the case to May 24, and ordered them to appear before the court.
The court also ordered issue of summons to former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy to appear before the Court on May 21 in a private complaint.
