BIDAR: Four persons were killed and two injured in a road mishap when the car they were travelling in collided head-on with a bus near Hallikhed (B) on the Bidar-Humnabad highway on Tuseday.
The deceased were identified as Shivakumar Mahadevappa Majage, 29, Sunil Sidramappa Kambale, 27, Vijayakumar Kalmadagi, 55, and Suryakant Laxmanrao Biradar, 35 - all employees of a horticulture college in Bidar.
The deceased were on their way to Bijapur to attend a house-warming ceremony.
The injured were admitted to Bidar district hospital.
