MYSORE: Experts from the Institute of Engineers led by Ashwath Narayan visited Tipu Sultan’s armoury in Srirangapatna that has come in the way of doubling work of the Mysore-Bangalore railway line. Ashwath Narayan, advisory to the Archeology Dept, inspected the spot using machines as they wanted to move the armoury in one block with German technology using a trolley to move structures weighing more than 1.5 tonnes.
The committee is likely to submit its final report f or the project.
