MYSORE: Karnataka State Election Commissioner C R Chikkamath launched the Online MBA programme, a technology-enabled digital learning, of the Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) on Thursday. He suggested the KSOU to introduce online Science courses to end the trend of students opting for other courses, neglecting basic science subjects.
Praising KSOU for its new initiative, he said earlier, there was no scope to continue education after the completion of post graduate courses. “PG students either go for teaching or opt other professions. Today, there are a wide range of activities due to distance education,” he said.
