HUBLI: Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda will be working for one month on   preparing the state budget, which he will be presenting in the second week of March.

Addressing the Media at Hubli airport on Friday prior to attending the inaugural of the RSS Convention at Tarihal, near here, he said that the upcoming Legislature session would begin from January 30 following which he will work on the state budget. He added that he will conduct division-level meetings to gather information on the needs of people, suggestions from various quarters, regional organisations before finalising the budget.“People’s aspirations and needs will be taken into account while preparing the same,” the CM said.

He stated firmly that  he would be presenting the   budget in the second week of March and that there should be no doubts about this.

The CM added that he was attending the RSS convention purely as an activist.
