A new case of illegal land denotification against former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and four others was brought before the Lokayukta Court on Saturday.
Hunsur K Chandrasekhar alleged in his petition that five acres was denotified in Halagevaderahalli of Rajarajeshwarinagara here to benefit Tumkur MP Basavaraj and Nippani MLA Kakasaheb Patil.
The denotification is claimed to have been done in 2010 during Yeddyurappa’s tenure as the chief minister.
Lokayukta Justice N K Sudhindra Rao posted the case to Tuesday for further hearing.
