A mechanic died in a hit-and-run incident and four were injured on the Chamarajanagar-Sathyamangala Road on Sunday morning. Karthik (26) of KP Agrahara on Magadi Road in Bangalore, died on the spot, while Gopi, Bala, Rajesh and Murthy were injured when a lorry coming from Chamarajanagar and going towards Tamil Nadu hit their car. The youths from Bangalore had gone to Bannari temple in TN to offer pooja on Saturday.
