Suspect in court blast case brought to Mysuru

The accused was brought from Bengaluru at around 12.45 pm and was first taken to the Krishnaraja Sub-Division ACP office at Lakshmipuram. Then the team took him to the places in city, including the court, where he had visited and placed the bomb. DCP Rudramuni confirmed that Dawood Suleiman was brought to the blast site for mahazar. The blast took place on August 1 at a toilet in the court complex, but no one was hurt. The NIA arrested Abbas Ali (27), Dawood Suleiman(23), Samsum Karim Raja (27), Mohammed Ayub Ali(25), and Shamsudeen(25), associated with the Base Movement, a terrorist outfit inspired by Al Qaeda, for allegedly carrying out explosions at five judicial courts.
