Parking arrangements in place for VIP visits

BENGALURU: Traffic congestion is likely on Miller’s Road and Palace Road in city on Monday because of VIP visits. Vice-president Hamid Ansari will launch a commemorative edition of The National Herald at a function scheduled at Dr B R Ambedkar Bhavan on Miller’s Road, Vasanthanagar in the presence of Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi will later attend another function at Jnana Jyothi Auditorium on Palace Road. Bengaluru traffic police have imposed parking restrictions on certain routes and provided alternative parking spaces near the function venues. Commuters can expect restrictions on the traffic movement on these roads during Vice President’s Convoy.
