BALLARI: S S Rajamouli’s Telugu blockbuster ‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’, which drew even Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to theatre, has enthused the Ballari district administration too.

The administration, as a thanksgiving gesture, has decided to offer free tickets of the movie to college students, who voluntarily take part in a painting festival, in which murals will be painted on walls across the city from May 13 to 20.

As part of a ‘Swachh Ballari’ drive, that aims at beautifying the city, the administration has decided to paint murals on walls across the city.

The initiative is supported by the corporates under their corporate social responsibility (CSR). College students, who are interested in taking part in the drive, will be offered the tickets, which will be sponsored by theatre owners and organisations.

“The idea is to thank the students for taking part in the initiative, which ultimately aims at beautifying Ballari,” Deputy Commissioner Ram Prasath Manohar said.
