BENGALURU: Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) allottees in Arkavathy Layout who had lost their sites to denotification are all set to receive sites of similar dimensions at Kempegowda Layout, despite the huge difference in cost.
As many as 290 allottees have been assigned alternative sites in the First Phase now, the BDA announced on Wednesday. The allottees concerned were chosen through a lottery system. The sites in Kempegowda Layout are of a much higher value, an official release said.The difference in costs ranges from over `9 lakh for a 20 feet by 30 feet site to over `47 lakh for a 40 feet by 60 feet site.
