Gold, Silver Traders to Ally with GKSF

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : The All-Kerala Gold and Silver Merchants Association has decided to associate with the eighth edition of Grand Kerala Shopping Festival (GKSF).

The decision was taken after association leaders held talks with Tourism Minister A P Anil Kumar.

The association has been associating with the Grand Kerala Shopping Festival for the last three years.

During the discussion with the minister, the association demanded certain relaxations for boosting the trade during the festival.

The minister said that he would hold discussions with the Chief Minister to find solutions to the issues faced by the sector.

Grand Kerala Shopping Festival director K M Muhammed Anil, Association president B Govindan, patron Girirajan, general secretary Ram Mohan Kamath and others were present at the discussion.
