Restaurant Attack: Key Accused Held

KOZHIKODE: Prakash Babu, the key accused in the DownTown restaurant attack case, was arrested by the special investigation team from the Tirur railway station on Monday.

With this, the total number of people arrested in connection with the case has gone up to three.

Earlier, Balussery Yuva Morcha mandalam general secretary Babeesh and North constituency president T Nivedh had been arrested by the police.

The state Yuva Morcha general secretary was on a train journey to the state capital when he was picked up by the police who were following him on the same train from Vadakara, the Nadakkavu police said.
