KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Friday observed that effective co-ordination of various government departments, other statutory boards/corporations, the secretaries of grama panchayats in the area and other organisations representing devotees is required for the smooth conduct of Sabarimala Mandalam-Makaravilakku season.
