THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: High-profile lawyer Harish Salve will represent the Kerala Government in the Supreme Court when it hears a special leave petition filed by former state police chief T P Senkumar alleging the CPM-led LDF government had removed him from his post owing to political vengeance over the probe into the T P Chandrasekharan and Abdul Shukoor murder cases.
Salve, one of India’s most expensive lawyers, is also set to appear for Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan before the Kerala High Court in the SNC - Lavalin case after the CBI filed a revision petition challenging the Thiruvananthapuram CBI special court order discharging the CPM leader.
