Pulsar Suni’s bail plea dismissed
Kochi:
The Kerala High Court on Monday dismissed the bail plea of Pulsar Suni, the prime accused in the actor abduction and sexual assault case. The court said the police had collected clear evidence, including direct evidence against Suni. The court observed that if he was released on bail, he may torpedo the trial in the case and was likely to influence or threaten the witnesses.

Many of the witnesses were from the film field and the accused had some connection with the film field. Hence, it was inappropriate to release the accused on bail. While opposing the bail, the prosecution submitted that Suni’s name had been mentioned by the victim in the First Information Statement itself. The scientific examination also revealed the crime committed by him.
