THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Sessions Court here has refused to accept the insolvency petition by K Nirmalan, a key accused in the Nirmal Krishna Chit fund scam. The plea was dismissed on the basis that the company was registered in Tamil Nadu. The insolvency petition was filed after winding up the functioning of two finance firms that operated at Palukal near Marthandom.
