PATNAGARH: One Madhu Sna was stabbed allegedly by Maoists in Jhankiripali village under Ghunsar gram panchayat of Khaprakhol block on Saturday. He has been admitted to VSS Medical. His condition is stated to be critical.
Although a poster written in red letters has been found from the spot, sources said he was stabbed over previous enmity.
Sources said the poster has been left behind to misguide the police even as Maoists seldom resort to such activities in this area. The victim, Madhu, is a labour sardar and a small-time
contractor. The poster indicted him for illegal and anti-people work. Case has been registered.
