BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday asked the Collectors to lay greater emphasis on speedy consideration and disbursal of assistance from the Orissa State Treatment Fund while making people aware of the scheme. Discussing the implementation of OSTF with the collectors through video conferencing at OCAC Bhawan here, Patnaik called for intensive promotion of the scheme. Display boards with details on OSTF should be put up at various Government offices in the block and district level for the benefit of the public. The information should be in Odia and local dialects in the tribal- dominated districts.

The CRDCs and  Collectors should hold weekly reviews on the progress of the scheme.  The CM also stressed on implementation of Biju Grameen Swasthya Shibirs.
