PARADIP: The bail pleas of anti-Posco leader Narayan Reddy and Congress legislator Jayant Biswal were rejected on Monday by the Additional District Session Judge, Jagatsinghpur, Sachidananda Sahu. They are being tried in the December 14 Posco coastal road clash.
On December 5 Sahu had deferred the bail hearing of the two due to non-submission of case diary by police in right time.
