BERHAMPUR: Death of crows in Bhanjanagar area affected egg and chicken business but death of 35 crows at Mudulipalli village in the last two days has spread panic here.

 Villagers saw the crows falling to death all of a sudden during flight.  

Livestock officials took 17 dead crows for examination to ascertain the reason behind the deaths.

JUMBO HAVOC: On the other hand, marauding elephants have spread panic in villages under Bhanjanagar forest range. The herd destroyed paddy worth lakhs of rupees. Locals are demanding  compensation and fencing to prevent such incidents in future.
