India is likely to conduct user-specific trials of ship-launched nuclear capable missile Dhanush and surface-to-surface ballistic missile Prithvi-II from two separate locations off the Odisha coast on Thursday.
While Dhanush, the naval version of Prithvi, has been planned to be test-fired from a warship from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) off Chandipur coast, personnel of Strategic Forces Command (SFC) will carry out a fresh trial of Prithvi-II missile in a gap of nearly an hour.
