OPCC chief condoles Congress leader’s death

The Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Niranjan Patnaik has condoled the death of former chairman of Salipur block and senior Congress leader Mahendra Biswal.

Describing Biswal as an able organiser, Patnaik said he worked for the development of rural areas as chairman of the block twice.

Congress has lost a veteran leader in his death, Patnaik said.
