Armed Reserve Police (APR) constable Gobardhan Patra (27) has been charged by Mahila police with cruelty towards his 24-year-old live-in partner. Mahila PS IIC Prativa Majhi said with a false promise of marriage, he developed physical relation with the victim and later ditched her.
