Not allowed to enter house: Gardener

The gardener of Somnath Parida said he was not allowed to enter the house on the day of the alleged murder of Ushashree.

 Birendra Suma started gardening at Parida’s house around two months back. Suma  narrated his part of the story to mediapersons on Tuesday. He said when he went to Parida’s house on June 3, the latter asked him to go back. When he returned to work on June 4, Parida reportedly again sent him back and told him that Ushashree had left for Dubai. Then on June 5, Parida called Suma and asked him to cook for him as his wife will not be at home for some days.Hewas asked to prepare food inside a store room at the backyard of his house. The gardener said he used to cook for Parida everyday from June 5 to June 21 in the morning. Suma repeatedly said that he was unaware of  murder till June 22, which he got to know through the newspapers. After this, he stopped going to Parida’s house. He has already been interrogated by the police.
