ROURKELA: A four-year-old girl Anita Kujur died while her elder brother escaped narrowly after the wall of their mud house caved in due to rain at Barkatola hamlet under Nuagaon block on Sunday evening.
Police said the mishap occurred around 5 pm and Kujur succumbed to injuries at Rourkela Government Hospital four hours later. Her elder brother, who was also trapped in the debris, was pulled out safely.
An unnatural death case was registered and the body handed over to family members after autopsy on Monday.
