CUTTACK:The three new Additional Judges of the Orissa High Court, Justice Krushnaram Mohapatra, Justice JP Das and Justice DP Chowdhury took oath of office on Friday.
The judges were administered oath by acting Chief Justice PK Mohanty at the ceremonial function at the High Court. With the appointment, the number of judges of Orissa HC has gone up to 20.
Justice Krushnaram Mohapatra was a practising advocate in the Orissa High Court before his elevation while Justice JP Das was the Registrar General of the High Court prior to his appointment. Justice DP Chowdhury was the District and Sessions Judge of Khurda.
